Tulsa King delivers
Stallone hits the nail on the head with a no-nonsense, grim performance that blends humor and violence to near perfection. The classic fish-out-of-water scenario is well-acted. And the first episode does a great job of setting up what looks to be an all-star cast.
Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised
Right off the bat, the plot starts to come together. We’ll see how the season plays out, but so far it’s a great change of pace from some of the other series debuts of late. There’s definitely no CGI.
